We can offer assistance with the theme and design stages, budget management, initiating contact with vendors, monthly meetings to discuss details and recommendations, or even if you just need us for finalizing your last minute details.

Day of Coordination
​
- Consultation 3 - 4 weeks prior your wedding date
- Develop a wedding day timeline
- Liaison with vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding to discuss timing and schedule​
- One hour wedding rehearsal
- Assistance throughout the day to ensure the program runs smoothly
- Styling of ceremony and reception details
- One assistant throughout the day, at the ceremony and reception set up, until the start of dinner
